Contact by email or form
When you get in touch, I process your name, email address, optional company name and message to respond. The legal basis is steps prior to a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or the legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing a company name is optional. Please do not submit sensitive or confidential information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Form delivery
Form messages are delivered from formular@asskar.at to contact@asskar.at through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA). The contact details and message content you provide are processed for delivery. Processing in the USA is possible. Information on processing, subprocessors and Standard Contractual Clauses is available in Resend’s Data Processing Addendum and privacy policy. Direct email is processed by the email providers involved.
Spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded only after you explicitly consent at the contact form. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., USA. IP addresses, browser and device information and interactions may be processed to identify automated requests; data may be stored or read in your browser, including the local-storage entry cf.turnstile.u. Processing in the USA is possible. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021. Consent applies to the current page visit and is not stored persistently in your browser. You can withdraw it at any time by unticking the box, which stops further verification. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Data already stored on the Cloudflare domain can be deleted through your browser’s site-data settings. Requests are also rate-limited independently of Turnstile, based on the legitimate interest in securing this website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Details are available in Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy notice. You can contact us directly by email as an alternative.
Retention
I keep enquiries only for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, continue working together. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected. The website does not maintain its own database of form submissions.
Cookies, fonts & analytics
This website does not itself set analytics or marketing cookies and uses no tracking or analytics services. Fonts are served locally. The site does not store a language preference in your browser; the language follows the page address.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact contact@asskar.at to exercise these rights. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
